- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
